With over 35 years of experience in business, leadership, and people development, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about understanding people. As the oldest of four girls (and unapologetically the bossiest of the bunch), I’ve been fascinated by human behavior for as long as I can remember. It turns out that natural curiosity, and maybe a little sass, were preparing me for a lifelong career in helping others grow.
